Shipping policy

All The Card Ahead products are printed to order.

Orders usually require processing time before dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, seasonal demand and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For Australian orders, our current standard shipping rate is AU$12.95.

For United States orders, shipping rates are shown at checkout and are calculated in the customer’s local currency where applicable.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural disasters or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assist.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
